Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Outbye Services Engineer, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:
- Manage the mines diesel fleet and associated equipment’s full lifecycle
- Provide specialist technical input into the mines diesel fleet life cycle cost modelling, equipment efficiency and improvement strategy development
- Schedule short to medium term electrical and mechanical maintenance on the mines diesel fleet and associated equipment
- Continually strive to improve the reliability of the mines diesel fleet
Skills and Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Mechanical Trade or Engineering Qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in underground mining diesel fleet management
- Previous project management experience including cost control and budgeting
- Demonstrated use of MS office and MS Project
