Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The Recruitment/Human Resources Administrator will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist in completing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across the whole Moolarben site (Open Cut, Underground and CHPP sites). Additionally, this position will assist the HR Manager and HR team members with other administrative duties.
The key responsibilities include:
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
• Candidate management through the application process and successful job placements.
• Assist with the preparation and updating of employee contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
• Initiate the orientation process, onboarding, scheduling inductions and coordination of PPE ensuring smooth transition for all new employees.
• Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the HR team with activities related to offboarding (e.g.: exit interview)
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
• Assist with HR projects and HR Calendar of events as required.
Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years in Admin or HR experience
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a collaborative mindset
- Have tenacity and diligence: you will get the job done to a fantastic standard
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with managers and team members
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with team members at all levels of the organisation
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Previous experience working in recruitment or the HR department (highly regarded)
- Previous SAP Experience (highly regarded)
- Maintain exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
