Job Tasks and Responsibilities

The HR & Recruitment Admin role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist in completing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across the Open Cut, Underground and CHPP sites.

 

The key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews and progressing candidates through the steps as required
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of employee contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
  • Initiate the orientation process, scheduling inductions and coordination of PPE
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

Skills and Experience

Our Essential Criteria

  • Strong administration, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills to facilitate strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

Our Desirable Criteria

  • Previous SAP experience
  • Certificate III in Business Administration
  • Experience working in recruitment or a HR department
