Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Projects Manager, the role will require you to be responsible for timely, efficient & effective high-level administration, information coordination & confidential support services for the open cut projects team.

Skills and Experience

  • SAP Experience

  • Ability to undertake general administrative duties including but not limited to taking meeting minutes, developing toolbox talks, archiving, event coordination, maintaining document registers and coordinating onboarding of Contractors.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an Administration based position.

  • Sound ability in the use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • An exceptional commitment to safety

  • Ability and desire to work well within a multi skilled team environment

  • Ability to remain confidential

  • Strong work ethic and excellent standards of workmanship
