Admin Assistant - Maintenance

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Crew Supervisor, this role is responsible for delivering timely, efficient and effective office administration and executive support to the Maintenance Team. Key Duties include:  

 

  • Oversee administration, and maintain accuracy, of the maintenance system
  • Ensure accurate data entry within SAP/Pulse/Minestar systems
  • Collection, sorting and entering defect notifications
  • Prepare notification reports for each OEM prior to swing shift inspections
  • Act as main contact point for maintenance radio channel
  • Prepare PR’s for parts and labour and YPM2 Work Orders and SESing
  • Perform general filing and ad hoc administration duties as needed

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience providing high level administrative support in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient computer literacy across MS Office Programs.

 

Desirable Criteria:

  • Trade Background/Mining Experience
  • Basic SAP Knowledge
