Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will own the end-to-end work management process, ensuring the right work is clearly scoped, planned, resourced and scheduled at the right time. This includes building quality job plans, managing backlog and priorities, preparing shutdowns, and coordinating with supervisors, trades and operations so work is executed safely, efficiently and to standard. You’ll also drive discipline in SAP, accurate work coding and continuous improvement of planning and scheduling practices.
You will also lead the reliability strategy for our mobile, field and ancillary fleets, using data and condition monitoring to reduce failures, improve availability and lower lifecycle cost. Working closely with maintenance, operations and OEMs, you’ll drive RCAs, optimise PMs and component strategies, and ensure critical risks are understood and controlled, delivering safer, more reliable and more productive equipment performance.
