Job Tasks and Responsibilities

MCO is seeking applications for a newly created Recruitment Officer role. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and securing talent across our operation.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Recruitment Officer will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager support, and contribute to building a positive employment brand.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.
  • Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials
  • Manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records and reporting.
  • Support talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Skills and Experience

  • Is a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Has previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a related field.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.
  • Is passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
