Job Tasks and Responsibilities

The Leading Hand - CHPP Maintenance will support the Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams in the safe execution of planned and scheduled maintenance. 
They will:
  • Ensure all weekly scheduled work and shutdown work is completed to specifications, quality and schedule
  • Ensure safe work practices are followed
  • Collaborate to improve asset management to achieve greater reliability of CHPP and mobile crusher assets.

Skills and Experience

About you:

  • Strong organisational, verbal & written communication skills
  • Analytical & critical thinking ability
  • Hazard identification & proactive about improving safety
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • SAP knowledge including PTP & MPA modules
  • Shutdown Coordination

Experience/Quals:

  • Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams
  • Mechanical trade experience (minimum 2 yrs)
  • Current Standard 11, S123 & G2
  • Current  QLD Driver’s licence
  • Forklift/EWP | Confined Space Entry | Working at Heights 
  • TAE40116/TAE40122 Trainer/Assessor desirable
  • None Slew Crane (Franna) desirable
