Hot Works Supervisor

Location: Mudgee, NSW 2850

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent onsite at Moolarben Coal Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • The safe completion of all Maintenance plans and activities within the Open Cut Maintenance Department.
  • Providing Maintenance crews with clear objectives whilst being able to meet day-to-day Maintenance targets.
Skills and Experience
  • A nationally recognized trade qualification.
  • Proven leadership ability with a very strong commitment to safety.
  • Exceptional communications skills to clearly communicate maintenance plans and required outcomes to crews.
  • SAP/CMMS Experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supervisory level role.
  • The ability to work rotating rosters including night shift.
  • Willingness to reside within 100kms of site.
  • AS2214 Qualified Welding Supervisors Qualification.
