Job Tasks and Responsibilities

We are looking for a HR Advisor to join our Sydney CBD team for a fixed term of 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for providing support, advice and assistance on HR processes, policies and procedures. The role requires someone that can work autonomously in a fast paced and varied environment. Your success in the role will rely on your decision-making skills and ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines. You will primarily provide HR support to the Corporate team but will also assist the wider National team.


The role will require you to:

  • Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain employee data in our HRIS (SAP)
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees as required
  • Support HR initiatives across remuneration and benefits, talent and leadership and culture
  • Provide administration support, including processing invoices, drafting letters, monitoring completion of annual performance review processes and coordination of office events such as International Women’s Day, R U OK Day etc
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other relevant tertiary qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in generalist human resources management
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP and/or SuccessFactors
  • Strong communicator and the ability to write professional documents
  • Strong computer skills including the full Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
  • Mandarin (spoken/written) language skills desirable
